Forging Lasting Bonds

It remains the hope and aspiration of the Huntsman Program to create a kind of international community drawn not only from the different regions within the United States, but from all over the world. The community and camaraderie that are created within the Program are some of its most valuable assets. Students draw on the support of gifted faculty, dedicated staff members and a worldwide network of alumni.

Perhaps most significantly, the Huntsman Program’s intimate size fosters dialogue and interaction among the students themselves. Huntsman upper-class students often act as mentors to freshmen, helping them navigate life at Penn as well as their curricular and extracurricular involvement. Current students and alumni report that they value the relationships they create with fellow Huntsmanites as the most remarkable aspect of the program.
